Ordering:

By placing an order at www.hofs.no an agreement is made between House of Scotland AS (NO 927861372 MVA) and yourself.
We do not accept orders from minors. Purchasing agreement can only be made with persons over the age of 15 years, and there cannot be issued a credit agreement that put minors in debt.
House of Scotland AS reserve the right to cancel any order for no reason.
We also impose the right to cancel any order if the merchandise is sold out or in the case of technical problems.
We would cancel your order and notify you accordingly.
Prices given include MVA. In the shopping cart the total amount, including taxes, freight and payment costs will be shown.
We can ship to UK, Europe, Scandinavia and the USA. Please contact us for total shipping cost.

Customer responsibilities:

It is the customers responsibility to write the correct delivery address when placing the order. The customer must check that the address is correct before check-out and payment. We cannot ship to a Post Office Box address. The customer is responsible for receiving the parcel. The customer is responsible for collecting the parcel in the mailbox or at the front door. You have to collect the parcel even if you have decided to use the right of return.

Return and right of withdrawal:

At House of Scotland you have the right of withdrawal up to 14 days after delivery of the goods. This is valid for withdrawal and exchange returns. Should you wish to impose your right of withdrawal or return, you have to fill in the form of return that was sent to your e-mail on ordering the goods. Should you wish to do so you can also contact us at butikk@houseofscotland.no or telephone: +4790614341to claim your right of withdrawal. You as the buyer is responsible that the merchandise is in the same condition as when you received it, and must be returned with all original packaging and ticketing unremoved. We will
not except worn, or damaged goods.
Sale goods: Unless the merchandise is faulty, we will not accept a return on Sale merchandise
Contact us with all enquiries about the right of withdrawal, return or exchange of merchandise.

Refund:

If for any reason you wish to exchange or return your items, they must be returned within 14 days after receiving the goods. Should you wish to use your right of withdrawal we commit to refund you within 14 days of receival.
The goods must be in the original packaging, unworn, with all labels intact. We can only refund in the same way as the payment was made. Please contact Nets if the refund relates to an invoice or credit card. If you have paid with Vipps you can contact us directly at butikk@houseofscotland.no. We can also answer to general requests about refunds. If you as a customer decide to use your right of withdrawal, delayed delivery or complaint, the refund will be made within 14 days. To make an exchange via the mail, please contact us at butikk@houseofscotland.no.

Legal

Right of exchange:

Your exchange requirements is compiled to exchange for any merchandise within 14 days of purchase. If you use the right of exchange an exchange form must be supplied by you. This form is enclosed in the order with a return form, or you can download it here. We reserve the right about sold out merchandise. If the new merchandise has a variation in price, you will receive a credit note, or information about new payment. If you exchange one or more merchandises below the freight limit of Kr.: 1200,- , we will charge you Kr.: 79,- for postage. We admit one free exchange. Should you decide to exchange more than one time, we hold you responsible for covering freight and return cost. If the time limit of 14 days exchange right has been exceeded you may have a right of exchange of the merchandise or receive a credit note valid for all ordinary goods within season. The right of decision is at the sellers discretion. We hold the right to return the merchandise to you if the time of right of exchange has expired.

Complaint and Warranty:

Our warranty has no limits in the time of complaint for goods according to the consumers act. All warranties is valid in Norway and follow Norwegian law. If you wish to make a complaint about a merchandise because of a fault we would need a copy of the receipt or order confirmation. Send us pictures of the merchandise so that we can verify whether it should be sent to us. We treat complaints and faults with our suppliers. We will only correct any faults if this is the case. The time of complaints is within relative time with an absolute time of 2 to 5 years. The time of complaint can never be shorter than 2 months from the date the customer discover. If the merchandise or part of it under ordinary use should be meant to be lasting longer, the time limit is up to 5 years. Should you wish to make a complaint or have any questions related to complaints and or warranty you can contact us on e-mail. In the case of a dispute we will follow the consumer disputes commission. Colours will vary depending on which media and settings you are using.

By accepting our terms and conditions you will also allow us to communicate with you. We can contact you via e-mail or telephone related to your order.

Transport and Delivery:

We use The Mail for delivery. You should receive your parcel in your mailbox or at your nearest collection point if delivery to your home is not convenient. Normal delivery time is 4-7 weekdays depending on where you live. Some deliveries might take longer depending on stock situation. We offer personal shopping and take Vipps payments, thus avoiding the delivery charge. We process all orders Monday to Friday. If we sell out of a product, we can always get more but due to Covid/Brexit related issues, deliveries could be delayed. Delivery cost: Kr.: 79,- on all orders below Kr.: 1250,-
